About the Role
We’re looking for a process driven, passionate, problem solver for the role of Chief of Staff to the CEO to assist in the continuing development of the executive team’s vision and ideas.
The Chief of Staff to the CEO will design and execute strategic business initiatives from start to end under the guidance of our co-founder and CEO, help build and manage investor and C-suite level relationships for our CEO, and will work closely with departmental heads in decision making, initiative implementation, program management and improve the company’s current processes.
We hire people who are collaborative, adaptable, communicate well, and love to learn. Expect to give and receive constructive criticism, as we are constantly seeking to push the innovation frontier while simultaneously growing as individuals and as a team. While we are interested in all qualified applicants, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in a business management role, or 4+ years of experience in management consulting with a specific focus on executive-level advising and a knack for making things happen in a startup environment.
