ClimateAi appoints Will Kletter as Chief Operating Officer

ClimateAi, the leading climate resilience platform, is pleased to announce the promotion of Will Kletter to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Kletter will lead global operations, customer teams, and strategy, accelerating ClimateAi’s expansion as the AI-powered climate adaptation platform of choice for the agriculture and food & beverage industries.

Kletter previously served as Vice President of Operations and Strategy, shaping the company’s business, technical, and internal strategies. Since 2020, he has helped procurement professionals, supply chain managers, and sustainability leaders at over 50 companies navigate climate risk and build resilient supply chains.

Before joining ClimateAi, he was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised clients in manufacturing, chemicals, energy, and agriculture on strategic transformations and operational improvements.
