About the Role

ClimateAI is hiring an Account Executive to join our growing Sales organization. You will be a founding member of the sales team to pioneer selling our Resilience-as-a-serve A.I. platform into global enterprises.

This person will work shoulder-to-shoulder with other Sales Executives and the VP of Sales in landing enterprise customers and further scaling out our repeatable sales processes. Our technology is cutting-edge and has never before been successfully sold at scale. We have grown X% in the last year and work with great brands

We hire people who are collaborative, adaptable, communicate well, and love to learn. Expect to give and receive constructive criticism, as we are constantly seeking to push the innovation frontier while simultaneously growing as individuals and as a team. We have very clear and exciting goals for 2022 and look forward to growing the team.

This role is remote and requires up to 50% travel, COVID permitting.

Desired Skills:

  • 2+ years of quota achievement as an Independent Contributor
  • 2+ years selling technology and SaaS solutions into industrial Enterprises
  • Exemplary written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM Experience, preferably Hubspot, including outbound automation experience.
  • Experience in startup environments highly preferred
  • Passionate about technology, environment, and the climate

Responsibilities:

  • Land new clients, and close deals
  • Prospect and Source leads using ClimateAI’s outbound automation tools.
  • Qualify inbound interest to push people through the pipeline
  • Be the ClimateAI and Climate Disclosure Expert: perform remote and on-site demos of our software (pandemic-permitting)
  • Follow a structured sales process and track your success via a CRM.
  • Own a territory, accounts, and develop a personal sales and account plan to drive your success.
  • Help iterate on the sales playbook — work cross-functionally with other business units to define what you need to sell.
